We deliver state-of-the-art sensor driven security; with touchless access control and AI- powered camera surveillance. We see cameras and access control systems as additional data input to the complete sensor ecosystem of any building. And we are in the process of developing our own software where we are able to provide one unified view that connects the whole building and its sensordata to conduct relevant analytics and automation for property owners, tenants, facility managers and more.
With an increasing customer base the Neowit team now consists of 20 highly motivated individuals. The organization is now ramping up for further growth and aim to be 25-30 on our team within 2021. We are now looking for Key Account Managers to our Oslo Office.
Key Account Manager Proptech & Sensor Driven Security
When you join our team as a Key Account Manager you will be able to develop personally and professionally: We make sure that you have a dedicated personal career plan within our organization.
As Key Account Manager we expect you to be focused and driven, and have a good business and technology acumen. You need to balance the ability to close deals with the ability to conduct consultative work with our clients. We expect you to be good at conducting efficient and effective prospecting, sales meetings, handovers to the tech department. Over time you will be building and maintaining your own portfolio with large retail and real-estate companies.
As a person you have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you have shown a hard working mentality in your previous jobs. We are looking for individuals who have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the “big picture”. You thrive in a competitive industry and you are self driven and proactive. The Neowit culture is down to earth and focused around people who are good team players with high ethical standards.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience within business to business sales
- Preferably a bachelor or master within sales, management or technology
- Fluent Norwegian and English
- High interest in technology and machine learning/AI
